Harry Dohnert Chief Executive Officer

Harry Dohnert is the Chief Executive Officer of Shedd Energy. With over 14 years of experience in sales and revenue leadership, Harry has a proven track record of driving substantial growth and innovation. His expertise in building high-performance teams, developing advanced CRM systems, and crafting strategic sales initiatives aligns perfectly with Shedd Energy’s mission of promoting energy independence, resilience, and sustainability. Harry’s career highlights include significant achievements in both sales growth and operational efficiencies. At Powur, he played a pivotal role in increasing quarterly sales volume from 29 MW to 59 MW and boosting installation revenue from $66M to $115M. His efforts significantly enhanced productivity and effectiveness through rigorous training, coaching, and the establishment of clear, strategic KPIs. At HOP Energy LLC, Harry guided market strategies, acquisitions, and operational efficiencies to achieve $100MM in revenue and $30MM in annual margin. He managed customer pricing to balance profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, thereby optimizing unit margins for sustained business growth. Harry’s implementation of a new digital marketing channel boosted sales volume by 40% and reduced sales costs by 35% in the first year through effective lead generation and negotiations. As Senior Vice President and General Manager at Just Energy, Harry oversaw the P&L for the US East region, generating $2 billion in revenue and $400M in margin. He led a team to drive improvements in margins and operational efficiencies, spearheading pricing and profitability strategies that significantly enhanced regional performance metrics. Harry holds an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University. Michael Fallquist Co-Founder

Michael is a dedicated entrepreneur and sustainability advocate with a passion for renewable energy. With a strong track record in raising capital, scaling operations, and leading acquisitions, he has devoted his career to fostering a greener future through innovative energy solutions. Michael’s renewable energy journey began in 2009 when he founded Viridian Energy, rapidly expanding it to serve 250,000 customers. His commitment to sustainability earned him the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2012 award in the New York cleantech category. At Crius Energy, Michael raised $330.8 million, expanding its customer base to 1.4 million and leading its sale to Vistra Energy for $500 million in 2019. He continued his entrepreneurial spirit with Energywell in 2021, securing a $100 million capital commitment and focusing on deregulated energy, community solar, and technology licensing. At Shedd Energy, Michael brings his extensive experience and passion for sustainability to the forefront. He is committed to our values of trust, customer partnership, education, and transparency. His vision is to make sustainable energy accessible and affordable, empowering customers to make informed energy decisions. Michael believes in the transformative power of renewable energy to positively impact communities and the planet. Jenna Stockwell Director of Sales and Marketing

Jenna Stockwell brings a wealth of experience and a passion for renewable energy to her role as Director of Sales and Marketing. Since joining in March of 2023, Jenna has been instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans ensuring the company’s growth and success in the competitive solar market. Before joining Shedd, Jenna co-founded ST NETWORK LLC, a mission-driven sales network that promotes renewable energy products and services. Under her leadership, the network grew to include over 500 sales associates within five months, with a portion of each sale supporting non-profit initiatives. Jenna’s role involved recruiting and training the sales force, managing the back end operations and collaborating with partners and vendors to ensure the networks success Jenna’s extensive background also includes nearly a decade as a sales manager with Viridian Energy. There, she coordinated training events, built sales teams, and promoted renewable energy products. Jenna’s leadership and dedication were consistently recognized, earning her the highest rank in the company and a feature in “Success Magazine” as a top performer. In this role she successfully recruited, trained, and led over 30,000 sales associates, achieving the “Millionaire Circle Club” status within four years for earned commissions, and she led a team that acquired over 200,000 electric and gas customers in the Northeast market. Her global experience includes partnering with organizations to implement sustainable infrastructure in remote villages. She has traveled worldwide to do hands-on work such as building a library in Africa, installing clean water systems in Indonesia, and equipping homes with solar panels in Nicaragua. Jenna is driven by her passion for helping people and protecting the planet. She lives with her husband Matt and their son in Litchfield County. Her commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions is the driving force behind her passion and her innovative strategies and strong relationship building skills continue to propel Shedd towards a greener future, making solar energy accessible and affordable for Connecticut residents.

Christian McArthur Co-Founder

Christian McArthur is a visionary energy executive committed to sustainability and renewable energy. As co-founder of Shedd Energy, he leverages over 20 years of industry experience to promote sustainable energy solutions and empower customers with transparent, trustworthy solar products. Christian’s career highlights include serving as Chief Operating Officer of Crius Energy, where he managed over $1 billion in annual revenue and $100 million in EBITDA. His leadership facilitated Crius’ restructuring and sale to Vistra Energy for $500 million in 2019. At Just Energy, he expanded operations from 3 to 20 markets, serving over 4 million customers. Christian focuses on treating customers as partners, emphasizing education, and providing transparent financial products. His strategic vision and commitment to sustainability drive Shedd’s mission to make renewable energy accessible and affordable. Christian lives in Fairfield County with his family, and is dedicated to creating a positive environmental impact and fostering a culture of trust and transparency.

Roop Bhullar Chief Financial Officer

Roop Bhullar is a passionate advocate for renewable energy and a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in renewable energy markets. As CFO and co-founder of Shedd Energy, Roop is dedicated to driving the company’s mission of providing trustworthy, customer-focused solar solutions that promote sustainability and transparency. Roop’s journey in the energy sector began at Viridian Energy, where he served as CFO and promoted sustainable energy practices until its acquisition by Crius Energy in 2012. At Crius Energy, he led a successful $100 million IPO and managed capital campaigns raising over $225 million, expanding renewable energy solutions to a wider audience. With over 15 years of experience, Roop has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and robust financial infrastructures. His expertise spans accounting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and risk management. Roop’s extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and legal matters enables him to oversee a wide range of functions beyond finance, including HR and operations.
